"Anthony"  Margot Enjay

This painting was inspired by Saint Anthony of Padua.  In Italy he is  identified as the Patron Saint of “miracles”, but to most Catholics, he is the Patron Saint associated with the return of lost articles and missing persons. 

I feel we are living in lost times.  We have lost our way.

Lost souls, lost lives and a loss of compassion.

  Perhaps St. Anthony can help us find what we have lost.

The Seattle artist, Margot Enjay  is inspired by the quote: ..."the only ones for me are the mad ones. The ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time never yawn or say a commonplace thing but burn, burn, burn like fantastic yellow roman candles burning"
